| Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy |

Hill House offers a 100% guarantee of satisfaction for our customers. An overview of our policy—and complete instructions
on how to effect a return or cancellation—follows.

| Quality Problems |
|
If you receive a Hill House book that is damaged or flawed in any way, we will replace the volume immediately. To
notify Hill House of a problem, please send an email to:
hillhousepub@gmail.com
and please include the phrase "Quality Problem" in the subject line. You will be contacted within 48 hours and we will make arrangements
for the return of the damaged or flawed product and immediate replacement of the same title. You will pay no extra shipping, and
Hill House will refund to you the amount you paid for the return of the damaged/flawed copy to our distribution center.

| Other Returns |
|
If you find that, for whatever reason other than damage or flaw, you are not satisfied with your Hill House edition,
you may return the book(s) for a full refund (not including shipping). The fourteen-day period commences from the date
you received the book. Within that fourteen-day period you may email us at:
hillhousepub@gmail.com
and request a return. Please include the phrase "Return Request" in the subject line of your email. We must receive
your "Return Request" email within fourteen days of your receipt of the book. Once we receive the book at our distribution
center, we will refund your full purchase price (not including shipping) via your original purchase method of
charge card credit, PayPal, or check.

| Cancellations |
|
If you have ordered and prepaid for a Hill House title that has not yet been published, you may request a cancellation
and refund at any time prior to the announced ship date of the title in question. To request a cancellation, please send an email to:
hillhousepub@gmail.com
and include the phrase "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. We will process your cancellation and refund your
purchase price (including any shipping charges that apply) within five business days. Your refund will be made via the payment
method you used for your original order.
